Code of Conduct

Club Directors & Coaches

Code of Conduct for Club Directors and Coaches in the New England Region of AAU Volleyball.

The New England Region of AAU Volleyball (NEAAU) expects all Club Directors and Coaches to uphold the highest standards of respect, integrity, and professionalism. Club Directors and Coaches must adhere to the NERVA Recruiting Guidelines and promote ethical practices that prioritize athlete well-being. Acceptance to tournaments is contingent upon all club members complying with NEAAU policies, fostering an inclusive environment, and demonstrating good sportsmanship. Violations of these expectations may result in disciplinary action, including denial of tournament participation.

All Attendees

While the vibrant and dedicated youth volleyball fan base helps contribute greatly to the amazing energy at our events, we do encourage all attendees to be aware of our code of conduct policy.

  • NEAAU Volleyball will not tolerate any inappropriate or abusive language directed at event staff, officials, other spectators or participants.
  • NEAAU Volleyball reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual responsible for inappropriate or abusive language
  • Any individual responsible for violating the spectator code of conduct may be banned from attending future NEAAU Volleyball events
