NEAAU Volleyball uses Advanced Sports Systems (AES) for event registration, as well as AAU roster verification, scheduling and scoring. All teams are required to add their AAU team roster to their AES account before each event. See these helpful notes:

• Log into your AES Account
• Please know you CANNOT add your players & their AAU Memberships #'s individually
• You must  apply your AAU Club Code to your team roster and all your players with an AAU Membership should be available to be added your roster.

If one or more of your players do not become available for your roster when you apply your AAU Club Code please seethe following tips:

• Do you not see some of your players? This means the missing player has not associated their individual AAU Membership with your AAU Club Code.
• To fix this, you can manually apply your AAU Club Code to any player by using the AAU Membership Lookup feature online.
• After you apply your AAU Club Code to a player's individual membership you should now be able to add that player to your AES roster.
