Adding Roster to your AES Account

NEAAU Volleyball uses Advanced Sports Systems (AES) for event registration, as well as AAU roster verification, scheduling and scoring. All teams are required to add their AAU team roster to their AES account before each event. See these helpful notes:

  • You cannot add each player and their aau membership # individually to AES
  • You must apply your AAU Club Code where asked on your AES roster
  • When you apply your AAU Club Code all players with an AAU membership should display and be available to add to your roster.
  • Do you not see some of your players? This means the missing player have not associated their individual AAU membership with your AAU Club Code.
  • To fix this, you can manually apply your AAU Club Code to any player by using the AAU Membership Lookup feature online.
